Cancellation policy
Cancellations received in writing by Friday 14 August 2009 prior to 5.00pm will receive a full refund, minus the $45 administration charge. Cancellations after this time will not receive a refund, however, substitutes will be accepted. All changes and registrations received after Friday 9 October will be subject to a $45 administration fee.
